1️⃣ Standard Returns – Non-Perishable Items

Covers items such as teapots, teaware, accessories, books, apparel, and non-topical gifts.

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/parts and proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return: Email dragonflyelementsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive instructions and a return authorization.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take additional time).

  • Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.


2️⃣ Teapots & Teaware – Extended Holiday Policy

We understand gifts don’t always match perfectly.

  • Return Window: 60 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

  • Condition: Must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Holiday Extension: Purchases between November 1 – December 24 qualify for returns until January 31.


3️⃣ Teas & Herbs – Balanced Policy

We want you to love every cup you brew, while ensuring product safety and freshness.

  • Unopened packages of tea or herbs may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase for refund or store credit.

  • Opened packages are final sale.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


4️⃣ Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate, and cover return shipping if needed.


5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened teas, herbs, or other ingestible goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened bath, body, or personal-care products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


6️⃣ Gifts

  • With a gift receipt: Store credit may be issued to the gift recipient.

  • Without a gift receipt: We may need the original purchaser’s information to locate the order.
