1️⃣ Standard Returns – Non-Perishable Items
Covers items such as teapots, teaware, accessories, books, apparel, and non-topical gifts.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/parts and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: Email dragonflyelementsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take additional time).

Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
2️⃣ Teapots & Teaware – Extended Holiday Policy
We understand gifts don’t always match perfectly.

Return Window: 60 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

Condition: Must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Holiday Extension: Purchases between November 1 – December 24 qualify for returns until January 31.
3️⃣ Teas & Herbs – Balanced Policy
We want you to love every cup you brew, while ensuring product safety and freshness.

Unopened packages of tea or herbs may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase for refund or store credit.

Opened packages are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
4️⃣ Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate, and cover return shipping if needed.
