Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or peak shipping periods.

Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our Goldsboro, NC location. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

  • Dragonfly Elements is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped. For damaged or missing packages, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
