Calm Down Kits & Storytime - November 20, 2025 10am-11am

This cozy session is all about finding calm before the holiday chaos. We’ll start with a soothing nature-based story, then help kids build their own Calm Down Kits — including a lavender sachet, sensory bottle, breathing card, and mini affirmation scroll.

This class supports emotional regulation and gives families tools to use at home when little emotions run big.
